Trek Toronto: Won’t return. Didn’t get a welcome or eye contact acknowledgment, let alone a moment to talk with a sales rep in the 20 minutes I waited. Don’t know how the other four people waiting for service felt. Did like the merchandising: road and cyclocross bikes arranged by price was helpful.
